Our upstream internet service provider (ISP) has scheduled a maintenance window that will impact connectivity at our California data center. This maintenance is outside our control and cannot be rescheduled.

Expected Service Impact:
- A brief loss of connectivity (up to 180 minutes) may occur at some point within the 6-hour window.
- This may temporarily impact access to hosted applications and services for global users.
- Although the window spans several hours, we do not anticipate downtime for the full duration.
